What we sell

Three sprints. Each one closes.

Fixed scope, fixed end date. Buy one. If it works, buy the next one later — plenty of clients never do, and that's a fine outcome.

01

Message

Length
3 weeks
Ask about Message

Five people at the company describe it five different ways — and none of them is how a buyer would shortlist you.

Decide what you say, what you prove, and what you stop claiming. Customer evidence first, then the language everyone can repeat.

How it runs

Week 1 — Evidence

Six to ten interviews, including four of your customers. A review of everything you currently say, and how the five nearest competitors position themselves.

Week 2 — Decisions

A half-day workshop, on site where possible. We force the choices: who this is for, who it is not for, what claim we can defend, and what we give up.

Week 3 — Language

Two rounds of revision with you, then a handover session with everyone who will have to use the work.

What you get

  • A five-line introduction — who you are, category, proof, focus, direction — usable everywhere
  • A messaging platform: positioning, pillars with evidence, and a register of approved claims
  • A voice guide built from before-and-after rewrites of your own material
  • Rewritten homepage copy — the message applied where it is most visible

Not included: Design, build, or anything below the homepage fold.

02

Pitch

Length
2 weeks
Ask about Pitch

The deck says everything and lands nothing when you're not in the room.

The narrative and deck that work without you as the translator — prose first, slides second, rehearsal third.

How it runs

Week 1 — Narrative

A structure workshop, then a full rewrite. We write the argument as plain prose first: a deck that cannot survive as a paragraph will not survive as slides.

Week 2 — Build and rehearse

Slide-by-slide build in your template, a recorded rehearsal with the person presenting, and one revision round after.

What you get

  • A 12–16 slide deck, written and laid out in your template
  • An appendix of the slides you only pull out when asked
  • The spoken narrative — what you actually say over each slide
  • A recorded rehearsal with notes, so the delivery improves too

Not included: Financial modelling. We shape how the numbers are presented, we do not build or validate them.

03

Presence

Length
4 weeks
Ask about Presence

Everyone agrees you should be publishing. Without guardrails, volume scales confusion instead of trust.

A publishing rhythm that's governed, not a content factory — three themes, two formats, one channel, run until the habit survives our leaving.

How it runs

Weeks 1–2 — The blueprint

Three themes, two formats, one primary channel. Not a calendar of forty ideas — a governed rhythm with guardrails. Plus a repeatable interview-to-draft process.

Weeks 3–4 — The habit

We write eight pieces with you, of which you write at least three. If you have written nothing by week three, the sprint has failed and we will say so.

What you get

  • A publishing blueprint — three themes, two formats, one channel
  • Eight published pieces with guardrails, at least three written by you and edited by us
  • A repeatable interview-to-draft process
  • A 90-day plan and the templates to run it without us

Not included: Ongoing ghostwriting, community management, ad spend.

Terms, in plain language.

  • Two revision rounds

Included per deliverable. A third round is a new piece of work, and we'll say so rather than quietly absorbing it.

  • Your time is in the contract

Six hours of founder time and four customer interviews. Without them we're guessing, and the work fails.

  • Week-one exit

You see the direction before the writing starts. If it's wrong, we stop and you pay only the deposit.

  • On site when it matters

Kickoff, the main workshop, and handover. Everything else is remote. Travel billed at cost.

  • A free check-in at 30 days

Booked at handover. An hour to see what stuck and what drifted.

  • Scope on one page

After the call, a one-page proposal with scope, dates, and what we need from you. Commercial terms discussed privately, not on the website.
