The studio
One pod. Seniors only. No hub, no handoffs.
The people in your workshop are the people writing your words. No account managers, no juniors, nobody between you and the work. It caps how many clients we take — which is the point.
How the pod works
Four roles. One team. All in the room with you.
Lead
Workshops, decisions, outcome. Runs the room and owns the result.
Writer
Interviews, language, revision — in the room with you, not behind an account layer.
Research
Customers, competitors, evidence. The one who can say they didn't actually say that.
Partner
Scope, contracts, and specialist referrals. Answers the first email you send.
Proof
Before and after — in language we'd actually publish.
No client logos yet. The work speaks in the rewrite: generic accumulated messaging on one side, decided claims on the other. On a call, we often do this live with your homepage in five minutes.

Before
The all-in-one platform that empowers modern teams to collaborate, innovate, and scale with confidence.
After
Capacity planning for agencies billing by the hour — so scope creep shows up before the invoice, not after.
Same company. One decided claim with proof built in. The second could belong to only one vendor.
How an engagement actually goes.
A 30-minute call
Six questions. We decide on the call whether to go ahead — nobody gets sent a proposal out of politeness.
A one-page proposal, within 48 hours
Scope, dates, and what we need from you. One page, or it isn't clear enough to sign. Commercial terms on the call, not buried in a deck.
Kickoff, on site where we can
Ninety minutes to agree what done looks like, written in your words, not ours.
The sprint
Interviews, a workshop, drafts, two revision rounds. You see the direction at the end of week one.
Handover, then out
A recorded session with everyone who has to use the work. A free check-in 30 days later. Then we're gone until you want us back.
Remote by default. On site for three things.
Kickoff, the main workshop, and handover. Those are the moments where reading a room changes the outcome, and no video call substitutes for the right people arguing at a whiteboard about what the company is actually for.
Everything else — interviews, research, writing, revision — is better done alone with a document. If you're further away, we compress the travel into a single two-day visit and bill it at cost.
